Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in providing a fantastic and positive experience for all of our clients and merchandise customers. If there is anything we can do to improve or make your interaction with us more satisfactory please reach out.

 Physical Item Returns- Merchandise 

Not satisfied with your merchandise purchase. Please email us psychicks.collective@gmail.com with the specifics of your complaint. If item is not as described, arrived damaged, or does not fit we will provide you with an exchange. You must ship the item to us and we will reimburse you once received. We will then provide store credit, refund in payment method purchased, or an exchange of the same item whichever is preferred. You have 28 days from the receipt of your purchase to reach out.


 Unsatisfactory Readings - PsyChick Readings

Did you book a PsyChick reading that wasn't what you expected? Upon your booking you will have received a confirmation of your appointment clarifying our policy. If you use the entire hour of your PsyChicks time you WILL NOT be reimbursed. If there was a specific aspect of your experience that you would like to give feedback on, please reach out. Since we do not record these sessions we do not have any way of knowing how they proceed. PsyChick acts as a liaison between psychics, healers and spiritual practitioners. Our collective members have been vetted for quality. 

What we do refund for -
Missed sessions without notice ( if your PsyChick stands you up ) 
Unfulfilled bookings

 Classes - Live Events 

There are no refunds on live events or classes after they have taken place.
If you cannot attend live you will be supplied with replay link within 4 days of the event. ( In most cases immediately after ) . If something comes up and you cannot make it last minute please contact us, we will credit you for a future event or provide store credit.
